Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order, contact our customer care team immediately with your order number.
You can cancel an order:

  • Anytime before it's shipped
  • Within 24 hours of placing the order

Return Eligibility

You may return products within 7 days from the delivery date if:

  • The product received is damaged or defective
  • You're not satisfied with the product quality
  • You received an incorrect item

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened or used:

How to Return a Product

Returning a product is simple:

  1. Through your account: Login to your account and go to orders history. Select the order you would like to return and follow the instructions.

    Sending an email: you can send an email to [email protected] with your Order ID, reason for return and photos of the product if available.
  2. Provide Details: Share your order number if not already provided and reason for return
  3. Confirmation: We'll review your request and send return instructions
  4. Packaging: Pack the unused product in its original packaging with all tags and labels
  5. Pickup: We'll arrange for pickup of the product and notify you

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund:

  1. Inspection: We'll verify the returned product's condition
  2. Approval: If approved, we'll initiate your refund
  3. Processing Time: Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account
  4. Notification: We'll send an email confirmation when your refund is processed

Refund Methods

  1. Original payment method: Credit/debit card refunds go back to the same card
  2. Store credit: Available upon request
  3. Bank transfer: For COD orders or when original payment method is unavailable

Exchange Policy

Prefer an exchange instead of a refund? We've got you covered:

  2. Provide the reason for exchange
  3. Specify that you'd like an exchange and which product you want instead
  4. If the exchange product costs more, you'll need to pay the difference
  5. If it costs less, we'll refund the difference

Shipping Costs

  1. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items: We'll cover the return shipping costs
  2. For returns due to change of mind: Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount
